It is easy to instantly reduce hot flashes with Bisoma acupuncture. Hot flashes persist for an average of 6 years for menopausal women. 75% of them have significant hot flashes and night sweats. 30% have interrupted life due to severe symptoms. The good news is that acupuncture is perhaps the only method of treatment without concern for adverse side effects. Popularly used hormone replacement therapy can increase the risk of developing cancer. The beauty of Bisoma acupuncture is its reliability in delivering a significant relief for at least 90% of these women.
For patients, not only acupuncture is a quick and cost-effective natural treatment, it is also concern-free. For providers, Bisoma acupuncture is measurable, predictable, reliable, and reproducible. From satisfaction, patients receive acupuncture for years and also refer to others. You can build trust for a variety of internal and external health problems.
Here is how Bisoma works. Step 1 – Stimulate the traditional Horary points, which are constitutional for 70% of the population. Step 2 – Arbitrarily choose either right or left side of the body. Step 3 – If there is no significant relief, stimulate the alternate Horary points on the same side of the body. Alternate Horary points are constitutional for 30% of the population. Step 3 – The initial treatments are at two times a week for up to 10 visits to reduce the hot flashes and night sweats by at least 80%. Step 4 – The frequency of treatments is tapered down to once a week. The visits are further reduced to every 2 to 3 weeks for the duration of menopause.
Patients with higher reactivity to acupuncture, which is 30% of the population, will experience quicker relief, even after just one visit with the constitutionally correct Horary points. Others will take 2-3 visits before noticing relief. If alternate Horary points apply, then it can take a few more visits.

Below are two clinical cases that will help you understand how Bisoma acupuncture works in real life.
Case 1. Female, age 48, accounting clerk.
Complaint: Perimenopause, anxiety/depression, premenstrual syndrome, hot flashes, classical migraine with aura, cocaine withdrawal, and tensed muscles in the whole back from shoulders down to low back.
Treatment: Left-side traditional Horary points. The patient had a total of 13 treatments, 4 times in the first 2 weeks and gradually tapered down to every 3 weeks. The patient noticed a significant relief of back tension after the first treatment. There was a linear improvement through the whole treatment process with minimal fluctuation. By the 8th treatment, all symptoms were at least 90% better. Discussion: This type of dramatic improvement occurs in about 20% of patients.
Case 2. Female, age 51, administrator.
Complaints: Hot flashes several times a day and night. She also had difficulty falling asleep, especially in temperature over 66° Fahrenheit (19 ° Celsius). High appetite. Easily irritable. Anxiety and depression for over 20 years.
Treatment: Right-side alternate Horary points. The patient had twice a week treatment for 8 visits and then the frequency tapered down. The first two treatments only produced a slight noticeable relief. After switching to alternate Horary points at the third treatment, the patient was immediately relaxed and slept better. She also reduced warming foods such as chicken, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger with an increase of cold foods such as cucumber, aloe, celery, and pork. Weekly, all symptoms had a linear improvement in intensity, frequency, and duration. By the 9th visit, she was comfortably sleeping in 71° Fahrenheit, emotionally less affected by stress at work, had high focus and clarity. Discussion: Acupuncture reduced the hot flashes. Being a hot type (Lesser Yang constitution), the hot foods did not provide the nutrients her body wanted so she felt constantly hungry. Her uncontrollable high appetite was reduced with cold foods.
